Do you require a deposit to book the date?

Yes, I require a deposit to confirm and secure your date. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable 31 days before event date (or based on our agreed schedule).

The deposit ensures your spot is reserved in my calendar and allows me to begin pre-production or planning for your shoot. I’ll provide a clear agreement and payment timeline so everything is transparent and stress free.

What if i need to change my date

I understand that plans can change, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate. If you need to reschedule your booking, please let me know as soon as possible.

If the new date is available, your deposit will be transferred and no additional fee will apply. However, if the date change is very short notice (within [e.g., 30 days]) or during peak season, a rescheduling fee may apply depending on the circumstances.

If I’m unavailable for your new date, I’ll do my best to recommend a trusted creative in my network or discuss alternative options with you.
